Research on data correction of multi-center MRI images

   Proposal Description:
   Eliminate the scanner effect and location effect of the image data of different center images, and realize the image data of each data set reach the same baseline. This study can expand the sample size of the dataset and the statistical sensitivity of the data.  Prior studies on inter-scanner variability have already noted central effect that there is a strong dependence of the acquired image on magnetic field strength, manufacturer, gradients, pulse sequences, and head positioning. The Central effects affect statistical analysis and collection. We have proposed a method to remove the central effect and applied it to T1 data. Now we want to use the T1 data of NACC as a reference standard to verify whether the data after correction of the central effect can have the characteristics of a single center like the data of NACC.  I hope to obtain all T1 data from NACC data, including AD patients and healthy controls, as well as the scanning parameters of these images and demographic information of the subjects. Please provide all T1 data, because the subjects who do not meet the conditions will be deleted as needed.
